What does it cost to work with Biomanagement Group?**

Rental Management |
Oversee payment of bills, check-in and check-out, communication with renters, posting and finding renters, supervising cleaning and inventory. Arrange and oversee monthly maintenance services (gutter cleaning, house cleaning, pool cleaning, etc.). |
The higher of: $225 per month or 15% |
Maintenance Services |
Find and arrange plumbers, electricians, landscapers, and other service providers who need access to the property. Maintenance services are billed directly by the provider. Biomanagement takes a $15 fee to set up, meet, and open the house for the worker. A $35 fee applies if we stay in the house during the work (up to 5 hours). |

Build Oversight |
On-the-ground research, weekly progress photographs, build relationships with contractors, arrange furniture deliveries, assist with furniture assembly, and interact with ICE and other governmental agencies. |

Real Estate Collaboration |
Collaborate with real estate agents and clients directly to help buy or sell land or homes. We can stage and show your home to highlight its best features. |
