What does it cost to work with Biomanagement Group?**

Service

Description Cost

Rental Management

Oversee payment of bills, check-in and check-out, communication with renters, posting and finding renters, supervising cleaning and inventory. Arrange and oversee monthly maintenance services (gutter cleaning, house cleaning, pool cleaning, etc.).

The higher of: $225 per month or 15%

Maintenance Services

Find and arrange plumbers, electricians, landscapers, and other service providers who need access to the property. Maintenance services are billed directly by the provider. Biomanagement takes a $15 fee to set up, meet, and open the house for the worker. A $35 fee applies if we stay in the house during the work (up to 5 hours).

Build Oversight

On-the-ground research, weekly progress photographs, build relationships with contractors, arrange furniture deliveries, assist with furniture assembly, and interact with ICE and other governmental agencies.

$25 per hour

Real Estate Collaboration

Collaborate with real estate agents and clients directly to help buy or sell land or homes. We can stage and show your home to highlight its best features.

Percentages arranged with agents/clients based on services provided.
