My name is Marcela Lawson, and I am the founder and director of Bio Management Group. I am proud to offer my clients peace of mind regarding their investments in San Mateo. My team and I work with intention, care, and a commitment to excellence.

Having grown up near the San Mateo region, I developed a profound connection with its climate, biodiversity, and culture. This experience has given me a unique perspective on the importance of respecting and nurturing the environment in which we operate.

I have an international background, with more than 10 years spent living in Boston, Massachusetts, where I honed my English skills and broadened my global outlook. This time abroad enhanced my ability to approach projects with a flexible and expansive mindset.

My dedication to the comprehensive development of the region is reflected in my active involvement in social projects, particularly those related to ecovillages and other initiatives that promote the well-being of the local community.  

I am deeply committed to creating quality employment and fostering local development within a framework of respect and care for nature.
